The Schüco ADS_75_HI_e door system features excellent thermal insulation with an installation depth of 75 mm, making it ideal for applications requiring high energy efficiency. The system offers a number of innovative design and functional solutions.
The Schüco ADS_75_HI_e door system combines advanced insulation technology with high standards of security and aesthetics, making it the perfect solution for modern buildings requiring the highest quality.
FEATURES OF THE Schüco ADS_75_HI_e DOOR SYSTEM:
- Very good thermal insulation thanks to a wide foam-filled insulation zone and foam insulation strips. The extended insulation zone further improves energy efficiency.
- Design depth: The basic installation depth is 75 mm, which allows for excellent insulation performance without increasing the size of the door.
- Burglary resistance: The door meets the standards for burglary resistance up to class RC 3 according to DIN EN 1627, which ensures a high level of security.
- Rebate-free doors: The door series can be made as a rebate-free door, which improves aesthetics and functionality.
- Optional leaf cover: The door leaf can be fitted with an optional cover to further improve the insulation and appearance of the door.
- Passage height: The system tested up to a clear passage height of 2,500 mm, allowing it to be used in large doorways.

The MB-79N thermal break door system is designed for external architectural elements characterised by high thermal and sound insulation as well as water and air tightness.
Features of the MB-79N door system:
- Cost-effective and functional: The MB-79N door system meets all technical requirements.
- Heat transfer coefficients: The door achieves excellent heat transfer coefficient values.
- Design depth: The door sections are 70 mm deep (frame and leaf), giving the effect of a single plane on the outside when closed and the effect of the leaf flush with the frame on the inside.
- Different levels of insulation: Three construction variants differing in the level of insulation are available: MB-79N E, MB-79N ST and MB-79N SI, which have dedicated insulating inserts and a two-piece central seal.
- Hinges and handles: Concealed or traditional hinges and handles with or without visible escutcheon can be used.
- Leaf sizes: Maximum door leaf dimensions: height up to 2.8 m, width up to 1.4 m, maximum leaf weight 200 kg.
- Door versions: Can be manufactured in standard, panic, anti-panic and panel versions.

mb-86n pivot
The inward and outward opening door system with thermal break MB-86N Pivot Door is part of the MB-86N system and is used to make external architectural doors. It features a modern design, an offset pivot and the ability to create large-sized doors.
Features of the MB-86N Pivot Door system:
- Offset pivot: Offset pivot hardware makes it possible to make modern, large-sized pivot doors.
- Concealed hinges: The use of concealed bearing hinges allows for a smooth opening and closing movement, minimising the force required to operate heavy leaves.
- Door leaf sizes: Maximum door leaf dimensions: height up to 3.4 m, width up to 2 m, maximum leaf weight 500 kg.

mb-86n
The MB-86N thermal break door system is designed for external architectural elements that feature high thermal and acoustic insulation as well as water and air tightness.
Features of the MB-86N door system:
- High quality and functionality: The MB-86N door system meets all technical requirements.
- Heat transfer coefficients: The door achieves excellent heat transfer coefficient values
- Design depth: The door sections are 77 mm deep (frame and leaf), giving the effect of a single plane on the outside when closed and the effect of the leaf flush with the frame on the inside.
- Different levels of insulation: Two construction variants differing in the level of insulation are available: MB-86N ST and MB-86N SI, which have dedicated insulating inserts and a two-piece central seal.
- Glazing thickness range: Can be glazed with glass thicknesses from 8.5 to 61 mm.
- Hinges and handles: Concealed or traditional hinges and handles with or without visible escutcheon can be used.
- Leaf sizes: Maximum door leaf dimensions: height up to 3 m, width up to 1.4 m, maximum leaf weight 200 kg.
- Door versions: Can be manufactured in standard, panic, anti-panic and panel versions.

mb-104 passive
The MB-104 Passive door system with its very high thermal insulation meets all the requirements for components used in passive construction. This system is used to make external doors, characterised by excellent thermal insulation, very good sound insulation, water and air tightness and high structural strength. The performance of doors made of MB-104 Passive system elements exceeds the current requirements of the strictest applicable regulations and standards.
FEATURES OF MB-104 Passive DOOR SYSTEM:
- The system’s door is certified by the Passive House Institute Darmstadt, which confirms its perfect suitability for passive buildings.
- The heat transfer coefficients of doors with double glazing and a plastic frame between the panes reach excellent values – UD ≤ 0.80 W/(m²K).
- Design depth: The design depth of the door sections is 95 mm (frame and leaf), giving the effect of a single plane on the outside and leaves flush with the frame on the inside.
- Insulation variants: The system allows for three construction variants differing in thermal insulation: MB-104 Passive SI, MB-104 Passive SI+ and MB-104 Passive AERO, where the AERO version with the AERO insulation insert has the highest insulation performance.
- Hinges and handles: Concealed or traditional hinges and handles with or without a visible escutcheon can be used on the system’s doors.
- Sizes: Maximum door leaf dimensions: height up to 3 m, width up to 1.4 m, maximum leaf weight 200 kg.
